Installer
We provide superior industrial strength concrete coatings for garages, driveways, pools, patios, and metal buildings. As an Installer, you will be responsible for the installation of coatings to floors and surfaces. Most of our work focuses on garage floors: however, we apply coatings to surfaces such as patios, porches, and pool decks.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate general construction equipment such as large grinders, hand grinders, shop vacs, floor polishers, etc.
- Mixing, matching, and applying coating systems and finishes to floor surfaces
- Handling planning and prep work in an efficient manner
- Calculating the amounts of materials and time required for each project
- Communicating with clients to ensure satisfaction
MINOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Travel
- Site prep and taping
- Maintaining Cleanliness and organization of company truck and trailer
- Customer site clean up
- Maintaining a positive image while representing King Kong Coatings or wearing company shirt/cap
KEY COMPETENCIES
- General Construction knowledge
- Basic Computer skills
- Valid driver's license and insurance
- Must be dependable and on time
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in changing environmental conditions such as, hot, cold humid, etc.
- Ability to perform physical labor for 8-10 hours a day and able to lift at least 50 pounds or more
